Our commitment to soundproofing is unmatched. Our walls are double layered with sound channels between each layer.

Rates
We now offer rooms available by the hour. You can rent a room for only the times you need it for just $10.00 per hour! We have storage lockers available to store your gear in when you are not renting, no need to carry stuff to and from the building every time. Our regular 24 hour access rooms start at only $250 per month. Our top rooms are only $500 per month and many have windows. We have the best rates in the area. We also offer the best amenities of any studio complex.

24 Hour Access
Very few studios offer you 24 hour access anymore. We know musician's can have odd schedules and we don't tell you when you can or cannot use your studio.

Custom Designed Units Available
We can custom build a unit for whatever your needs (while space is left). We have designed custom units for professional recording studios, record labels, and even a local sports club. We can accommodate just about any situation or business, even those not related to music.

Directions
From North:
Take Route 24 South to exit 18A Brockton, at second light (be in the left lane!) take a left on to Pleasent St., about 2 miles after take a right on to Warren Ave. (You'll see a large empty parking lot on right side before Warren Ave.). Follow Warren Ave. for a little less than a mile and take a left on to Dover street. The first building on the left (pretty much half of Dover St.) is the Drummer's Lounge 2.

From South: Take Route 24 North to exit 17A Brockton. Take a right on to West street (first right after Brockton High School). At stop sign, turn right on to Forest Avenue. Follow Forest Ave. till 3rd set of lights, then take left on to Warren Avenue. A few streets down, turn right on to Dover street. The first building on the left (pretty much half of Dover St.) is the Drummer's Lounge 2.
